Shipping policy

1. The online store smartkids.lv provides product delivery to OMNIVA parcels or to the exact delivery address in LATVIA and ESTONIA using VENIPAK courier services.

2. After completing the order, the Client specifies his/her delivery address or chooses the location of the parcel from the list of OMNIVA parcels available in the Internet store.

3. Delivery fee in Latvia via OMNIVA parcel is 3.99 EUR (three euros and 99 euro cents), in Estonia - 5.99 EUR (five euros and 99 euro cents), incl. VAT. Delivery by VENIPAK courier in Latvia is 9.99 EUR (nine euros and 99 euro cents), in Estonia - 14.99 EUR (fourteen euros and 99 euro cents), incl. VAT. For purchases over EUR 400.00, delivery by VENIPAK courier is provided free of charge.

4. The online store will do everything possible to ensure that the ordered goods are delivered as soon as possible. Estimated delivery time for in-stock items is 2-4 (two to four) business days. On the other hand, the delivery time for ordered goods is 1-5 weeks.

5. If the delivery of the goods to the Client is not possible due to the Client's fault or circumstances dependent on the Client (the Client has specified an incorrect delivery address, phone number for receiving the shipment code or has not removed the shipment from the package within the specified period), the goods are not sent again, but the order is canceled. In this case, Client will be refunded only for the product, but the shipping fee will not be refunded.

6. Upon receiving the goods, the Client is obliged to inform the Internet store about a non-conforming product within 1 (one) hour from the moment of receiving the product. Without notifying the Internet store within the specified time, the Client confirms that he has received his ordered goods and that they are in good condition.
